MEET THE DIRECTOR

LAURA J. BRAND
Director

Laura Brand has been the director and owner of Brand Elite, L.L.C. since 2002. She begins her fourth season as the Head Coach of the Rutgers Women’s Lacrosse Program. Brand, a four-year letterwinner for Rutgers University, helped lead the Scarlet Knights to their first-ever national ranking and NCAA tournament appearance in 1999.

In 2002, she served as the head coach at Fairfield University leading the Stags to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) tournament championship.

In 2003, her inaugural season at Rutgers, she lead the team to a 12-4 record. She earned Big East Coach of the Year honors for her efforts.

Brand was a member of the Canadian National Lacrosse Team from 1999– 2004. She was a starter for the 2001 World Cup Team.
