At the heart of Brand Elite Lacrosse is President and CEO Laura Brand Sias, whose experience gives student-athletes and families something uniquely valuable: perspective from nearly every side of the recruiting process.

With more than 18 years of experience as a Division I Head Coach, Laura understands recruiting from the perspective of the coaches making the decisions. She knows what college coaches look for, how they evaluate prospective student-athletes, what makes communication stand out, and how athletic ability, academics, character, fit, and timing come together in the recruiting process.

Her more than six years as an Elite Club Recruiting Director added another critical perspective—working directly with student-athletes and families as they navigate recruiting in real time. From developing target-school strategies and managing coach communication to evaluating opportunities and helping families understand an increasingly complex recruiting landscape, Laura has guided athletes through the process with a focus on finding the right fit—not simply an offer.

With more than eight years of Division I and international playing experience, Laura also understands the commitment, ambition, pressure, and opportunity that come with competing at an elite level. That experience allows her to connect with student-athletes not only as a recruiting expert, but as someone who understands the journey from the athlete's perspective.

From there, she helps athletes communicate that brand consistently and confidently to college coaches—through their outreach, film, social presence, interviews, campus visits, and personal interactions.
